SOP Prompter is a real-time AI copilot that listens to your live conversations, transcribes them, and suggests smart, on-tone replies grounded in your own knowledge base.

You can start in seconds — no install required. Open the app, allow microphone access, and click Start Listening to see live transcription and AI suggestions.

1. 1Click Log in and sign up with Google or your email.
2. 2Choose a plan on the Pricing page (a free tier is available to start).
3. 3Set your default language and tone preferences in the controls panel.
4. 4You're ready — head to the app to begin your first session.

Click Start Listening to capture audio and see a live transcript update in real time. SOP Prompter automatically generates reply suggestions as the conversation unfolds.

1. 1Press Start Listening (or ⌘/Ctrl+Space).
2. 2Watch the transcript populate live as people speak.
3. 3Click Suggest Replies (or ⌘/Ctrl+Enter) to regenerate suggestions.
4. 4Copy a suggestion with ⌘/Ctrl+1-3 and drop it into your reply.

Ground answers in your own content. Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, or Markdown files and SOP Prompter will cite them (RAG) when generating replies.

2. 2Drag and drop your files or click to upload.
3. 3Wait for processing to complete.
4. 4Suggestions will now reference your documents with citations.

Keep every call on-script. SOP checklists guide you through the steps you need to hit, and the copilot tracks coverage as the conversation progresses.

SOP Prompter reads the room. The detection bar surfaces the caller's sentiment and likely intent so you can adapt tone and next steps in the moment.

1. 1Visit the Extension page and download the Chrome extension.
2. 2Load it in Chrome and pin it to your toolbar.
3. 3Grant microphone and tab-audio permissions when prompted.
4. 4Open the side panel on any call in Google Meet, Zoom web, or a browser tab.

SOP Prompter transcribes and suggests replies across many major languages. Set your preferred language in the controls panel — you can switch at any time.

Mic not working? Make sure your browser has microphone permission and you're using Chrome or Edge for the best live-speech support.

No suggestions appearing? Check that you have transcript text and available credits, then click Suggest Replies to regenerate.
