• Account data (optional): email and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
• Conversation data: transcripts and AI suggestions you generate, stored to provide history and continuity.
• Uploaded documents: files you add to your knowledge base for retrieval-augmented suggestions.
• Usage and billing data: credit consumption, license activations, and transactions.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to run the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide real-time transcription and AI suggestions, store your conversation history, deliver knowledge-backed answers, process credits and licenses, and improve reliability and security.

3. Speech and AI processing

Audio is transcribed using browser speech recognition or a streaming speech-to-text provider. Transcripts and prompts are sent to the AI gateway to generate suggestions. Audio is processed transiently and is not retained as raw audio.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls so that you can only access your own records. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (cloud hosting, speech-to-text, AI inference, and payment processing) under their respective terms.

6. Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your conversations and documents from within the app, and you may request deletion of your account data by contacting the developer.

7. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual conversations and documents at any time.

8. Children's privacy

SOP Prompter is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
