Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made in SOP Prompter, maintained by its developer Sachida Sharma.
1. Digital goods
Credits and license keys are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because they are consumable and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once activated or used.
2. Eligible refunds
- You were charged but did not receive your credits or license key.
- A duplicate or accidental charge occurred.
- A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using a purchase you did not consume.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Credits that have already been consumed by AI actions.
- License keys that have already been redeemed.
- Change of mind after successful delivery and use.
4. How to request a refund
Submit your request within 7 days of purchase, including your transaction ID and the email used, by contacting the developer via LinkedIn. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation
One-time purchases (credits and license keys) are not subscriptions and require no cancellation. If recurring billing is introduced in the future, you will be able to cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
