SOP Prompter provides real-time transcription, AI-generated suggestions, knowledge-base retrieval, and conversation history. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Credits and licenses

Certain AI actions consume credits. Credits may be granted free, purchased, or unlocked via a license key. License keys are single-use and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Credits and licenses have no cash value except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not record or transcribe people without the consent required in your jurisdiction.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. SOP Prompter is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and underlying code are owned by the developer. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
